In Community Response you can expect confidentiality, compassion, support, encouragement, and understanding. 

 

You can also expect accurate and current information, guidance, expertise and opportunities for development. 

 

When you are in Community Response you can expect to be treated with dignity and respect. You will be listened to, treated as an individual, and we will do our best to understand where you are coming from.

 

Community Response expects you to be honest, on time, respectful, and participate as fully as you are able. We would also expect you to honour your commitment to engage with the service. 

 

In order for the service to run well, we need you to:

Turn up as agreed, and on time

Listen, and not judge others

Give respect

Work cooperatively and patiently with the people in the room

Be compassionate when others are having difficulties
