National Family Support Network

The National Family Support Network is an autonomous self-help organisation that respects the lived experiences of families affected by substance misuse, in a welcoming non-judgemental atmosphere. The National Family Support Network primarily supports the development of family support groups and networks throughout the island of Ireland.

Hesed House

We aim to provide all clients with a safe and confidential space where they can reflect upon any thoughts, behaviours or relationships that might be causing them, or someone close to them, distress.

One Family

One Family believes in an Ireland where every family is cherished equally and enjoys the social, financial and legal equality to create their own positive futures. One family provided a range of services including counselling, parenting programmes as well as money, housing and education advice.

Dublin South Mabs

The Money Advice and Budgeting Service is the State’s money advice service, guiding people through dealing with problem debt over than twenty years. MABS runs a Helpline (0761 07 2000, Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm) and also operates from over 60 locations nationwide. MABS is free, confidential and independent.


Family Support seeks to enhance family well-being and strengthen parenting capacity to reduce problems later in a child’s life. Barnardos Family Support Projects are based at the heart of their local communities. The objective is to equip families with the necessary skills to better cope and thrive, particularly in times of crisis.
