One to one and group holistic services are available to current clients who are in need of stress management techniques, or relaxation, to assist with alcohol misuse, treatment management or to aid the recovery process.
Group Day & Time: Wednesdays 11am – 12pm
We are currently offering auricular acupuncture on Wednesday mornings.
Holistic services are provided on a one to one and group basis for clients attending any of the services provided in the project. One of the aims is to provide support for service users who are either attempting to:
1. Reduce their alcohol consumption
2. Cope with detox symptoms
3. Maintain abstinence
We offer auricular acupuncture, head massage and mindfulness meditation.
