It is designed to assist them in coping with the stresses associated with this and learning skills in order to  help mitigate the impact on themselves and their families.

The following are a list of some of the topics covered over the 10 weeks:

  • Progression of alcohol use
  • Alcohol and the family
  • Different ways of reponding
  • Co-dependency
  • Seeking supports and self care

This programme is currently running on a 10 week cycle, 4 times per year. Please contact Marie Dunne or call 01 454 9772 for more information.
