COVID19 UPDATE JANUARY 2021

 

The service is open by PRIOR APPOINTMENT ONLY which means you can only attend at an agreed date and time.

 

****UPDATE: Our stabalisation and Change & Recovery groups are both opertaing onsite at 14 Carman's Hall with strict adherance to public health guidelines. Temperatures checks will take place upon arrival and face masks must be worn at all times. Our Family Support group will continue to run over Zoom weekly.

 

Whilst attending the service you will be asked to wear a face covering these are mandatry for all those attending groups except for those who are exempt on medical grounds. Our staff will also be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) in the form of a face shield to ensure everyone's protection. Hand sanitizer will be available upon entry in the building and must be used. The exact nature of these protocols will be discussed with you before attendance.

 

Please do not attend the service if you have any of the symptoms of COVID-19 including a fever (38 degrees), a cough, shortness of breath or a loss of smell and/or taste. Please contact your GP immedietely and self isolate until you have discussed your symptoms with a medical practitioner. One to One Support

One to one support has resumed on site in Community Response. Appointments are given prior to attendance as there is no premitted entry to the building outside of these times in keeping with social distancing restrictions. 

 

Referrals

We are continuing to accept referrals as normal through our website here, over the phone on 01 454 9772 or by emailing info@communityresponse.ie. Following the submission of a referral, a phone-based or physical assessment is undertaken by a member of our staff team per data protection policies. Upon completion of this assessment enrollment onto the relevant program will take place. Please bear in mind due to social distancing restrictions there may be an interim waiting period to attend some of our groups.  

 

Hepatitis C Outreach Service

We are continuing to offer a limited outreach service to those affected by Hepatitis C who may be undergoing treatment at this time or who may be in urgent need of treatment and are currently engaged with an OST clinic.
